Quelles types de cire sont utilisées pour les bougies et les fondants ? J'utilise de la cire de soja européenne pour toutes les créations à base de cire, sans additifs. Utilises-tu des produits issus des animaux ? Pas du tout ! Aucun animal n'a été exploité pour obtenir des ingrédients ! Chez Muskyoil, il n'y a pas de musc naturel ou animal, ni de miel, ni de cire d'abeille. Les produits sont composés d'huiles essentielles ou de fragrances synthétiques. C'est la magie de la science ! Je souhaite payer ma commande en x4 via PayPal, est-ce possible ? Absolument ! Cette option est disponible. Cependant, il faut que la commande atteigne un minimum de 30 euros pour bénéficier du paiement en 4 fois via PayPal. Puis-je cumuler plusieurs codes promos ? Non, malheureusement. Non, aucun de mes parfums ne contient de CMR (Cancérogène, Mutagène, Reprotoxique) ni de phtalates, conformément à ma démarche. Cependant, cela signifie que certaines odeurs peuvent être absentes jusqu'à nouvel ordre. D'où proviennent les matières premières utilisées chez Muskyoil ? Je m'approvisionne principalement en France et en Europe, privilégiant des pays limitrophes à la France. Cela réduit considérablement l'empreinte carbone de mes produits et favorise le commerce "local". J'ai remarqué que j'ai reçu mes produits dans un carton déjà utilisé... C'est tout à fait possible ! Dans la mesure du possible, j'utilise des cartons recyclés pour l'emballage. Je réutilise également les matériaux de calage pour protéger vos envois, qu'il s'agisse de ceux que je reçois avec mon matériel ou même de ceux provenant de proches. Cela leur offre une seconde vie, prolongeant ainsi leur cycle d'utilisation. Est-ce que tes produits sont testés sur les animaux ? Absolument pas ! Aucun de mes produits n'est testé sur les animaux. Mes fournisseurs ne pratiquent pas ces tests, et étant donné que je m'approvisionne exclusivement en France et en Europe, où de tels tests sont interdits. Il fait chaud et j'ai peur que les fondants et bougies fondent lors du transport... En été et lors des périodes de fortes chaleurs, je vous recommande de passer par une livraison dans un relais, non pas dans un locker et d'éviter les livraisons en boite aux lettres, les boites étant plus chaudes que l'air ambiant déjà saturé. De plus, lors de période de canicule, je n'expédie pas les commandes de produits à base de cire et préfère attendre la fin de la canicule. Si le délai dépasse le délai d'expédition annoncé, je vous contacte pour vous avertir. Quel est le délai de préparation de commandes et d'expédition ? Je prépare les commandes sous 1 à 4 jours ouvrés et les expédie sous 2 jours à 1 semaine (jours ouvrés), suivant le transporteur choisi. Les envois via mondial relay sont plus long à être expédiés car les points relais fiables sont éloignés de mon atelier, je m'y rends 1 fois par semaine. Les délais peuvent être rallongés en période de soldes ou pendant les fêtes, essayez-donc de préparer vos cadeaux en avance. Je mets à jour le statut de la commande avec son numéro de suivi le jour de le préparation de la commande mais cela ne veut pas dire que la commande a été expédiée. Vous recevrez un mail ou sms du transporteur lors du dépôt. Le délai de livraison dépend du transporteur choisi et des impératifs que subissent les transports, je ne peux donc pas vous garantir un délai à la place du transporteur Les créations en destockage seront-elles de retour en stock ?
